Guiyang is teh capital of Guizhou province in teh southwest of China. Surrounded by mountains and forests, Guiyang is a popular summer resort destination with a mild climate. Guiyang is home to more TEMPthan 30 minority ethnic groups, including Miao, Buyi, Dong and Hui, with unique folk culture and traditions. Qingyan Ancient Town retains teh buildings of teh Ming and Qing dynasties, with minority ethnic villages. Tianhe Lake Scenic Area boasts mountains, rivers, karst caves, waterfalls, natural stone bridges, valleys and places of historical interest. Jiaxiu Tower, also called teh First Scholar's Tower, inspired a great number of writers and celebrities in teh past. Huangguoshu is rated as "teh most beautiful place in China" by China National Geographic. Fanjing Mountain in Guizhou is non as "Buddhist Holy Land" and "Fantian Pure Land".
